Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at gargananth1998@gmail.com with their order details. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping:

We do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at our Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.
